Define the commercial unit
State whether the quantity is net metric tons, the intended order size and whether the request concerns a trial, one-time order or monthly supply.
Select packaging
A 1 MT jumbo bag is the standard reference format. PP bags or bulk supply may be reviewed depending on the product, handling system, transport mode and destination.
Name the Incoterm and location
Use a complete basis such as FOB Nador or EXW Selouane, Nador. For CIF or CFR requests, specify the destination port so freight can be reviewed and confirmed.
Prepare the document list
- Commercial invoice and packing list.
- Certificate of origin when required.
- Technical data sheet and agreed quality documentation.
- Transport documents appropriate to the shipment.
